Term and condition of promo: 

1. The Silverbird Subscription is exclusively valid for bookings made through the MyBluebird application and only applicable for non-cash payments (Credit Card and E-Wallet).
2. The Subscription Package is only applicable for rides with a minimum transaction value of IDR 80,000.
3. The Subscription Package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be purchased once. It is not subject to automatic renewal.
4. Expired Subscription Packages cannot be reactivated or reused.
5. The Subscription Package is available for purchase daily and can be purchased until 31 May 2025.
6. The validity period of the Subscription Package is 14 (fourteen) calendar days, commencing from the date of purchase.
7. The purchase of the Subscription Package shall be deemed confirmed only upon full payment of the applicable fees. Once confirmed, the purchase is final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Customers who purchase the Subscription Package are considered to have understood all applicable terms and conditions.

• Bluebird Group reserves the right to change or stop the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Your access to or use of the promotion is a form of your agreement to comply with the terms, conditions, and purposes of providing the promotion set by Bluebird Group.
• You will not abuse, duplicate, monetize, transfer, use for commercial purposes or take unfair advantage of this Promotion in any form or manner.
• We may suspend your MyBluebird account temporarily or permanently without obtaining prior approval from or giving you prior notice, if:
  • Bluebird Group knows or with reasonable grounds to suspect that things have occurred which in Bluebird's view have been or could be detrimental to Bluebird Group, you, or any other party.
  • Bluebird Group knows or reasonably suspects that you have registered or logged in to multiple Accounts on one device for the purpose of violating these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or applicable laws and regulations.
  • Bluebird Group detects an inappropriate action from the use of your Account or an obligation under these Terms and Conditions, and/or the Privacy Policy that you have not complied with.
