After the Blue Bird Taxi in Medan, now turn to the Blue Bird taxi Bandung who managed to become one of the winners “Bandung Service Excellence Awards (BSEA) 2012” for cab category. The award is given based on the results of research conducted by MarkPlus Insight to measure the performance of Service Excellence (Quality of Service) of the Bandung’s corportae, where the dimensions of service quality is measured by three touch points with pre-journey, journey during and after journey. The awards ceremony held at The Trans Luxury Hotel, Bandung on December 11, 2012 is represented by Sudaryono, General Manager Bandung area. Congratulations to the Blue Bird Bandung!
